Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All refunds are issued as store credit.

✅ To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • Tags must be attached

  • Must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

🚚 How to Start a Return:

  1. Email mail@taishaiclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the shipping address.

  3. Ship the item back. Return shipping is at your cost unless we sent the wrong or damaged item.

Note: Do not send any items back without getting return approval first — we will not process unauthorized returns.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at mail@taishaiclothing.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.

🔁 Exchanges

We don’t do direct exchanges. If you want something else, return the item first. Once your return is approved, use your store credit to place a new order.

🎯 Final Sale

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

  • No returns or credits on these.
